These terms govern your use of Migas, a desktop meeting transcription application provided by Blackpilled Software LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Migas, you agree to these terms.
Migas is a macOS desktop application that provides real-time meeting transcription, speaker identification, and AI-powered meeting chat. Transcription and speaker identification run locally on your device. AI chat features require an internet connection and are routed through a Cloudflare Workers relay operated by us (api.migas.ai) before being forwarded to a third-party AI provider.
Pro subscriptions are managed through Polar.sh. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Polar. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
You own all data generated by Migas, including transcripts, speaker profiles, and meeting history. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your meeting content. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data leaves your device.
You agree to use Migas in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and transcribe meetings in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties to record conversations.
Migas is currently available for macOS only. We aim to keep the app functional and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party services (OpenRouter for AI chat, Polar for licensing) that are outside our control.

Migas is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that transcriptions will be accurate, or that speaker identification will be correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackpilled Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Migas shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email (if you have a Pro subscription). Continued use of Migas after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
